The Annex
The Annex is a partnership of Freedom4U and the Palos Verdes Library District.
The mission of the Annex is to provide students in grades 6-12 with a supervised, dedicated space that complements the services of the Peninsula Center Library and of Freedom4U programs

The Annex Offers:

Opportunities for safe, Constructive interaction in a comfortable environment

A collection of high interest, up-to-date, circulating library materials such as paperbacks, magazines, comics, graphic novels, and other formats of special interest to young people

Access to games, computers, and other sources of information

Monday - Friday & Weekends
The Annex is operated by PVLD staff and volunteers for group study, recreation, and library services and programs.
The Annex is operated by Freedom4U staff and volunteers who use the space to host safe, fun social events like coffee houses, unplugged music, jazz, improv. comedy, and a range of other workshops, mentoring programs and activities.
